Web & Database Marketing Services include:
- Participate in CRM strategic planning process, acting as the marketing project lead for requirements gathering, synthesis and analysis, ensuring that marketing needs and requirements are addressed in the new CRM selection and implementation process
- Gather and manage the requirements for a customer email opt-in/preference centre program for email communication as part of the new CRM
- Develop strategic direction, data processing protocols and documented procedures for marketing data collection, input, analysis, output and maintenance
- Oversee the lead entry process within the marketing team
- Establish an internal working group to define standards, business processes and policies for leads and CRM data entry
- Based on the working group, document and communicate lead processing and data entry policies to the Sales team (training)
- Spearhead data cleanup initiatives in the current CRM, based on new policies, to ensure clean data is available for import into the new CRM
- Manage the development and execution of Web strategy for internal and external Web sites and Web/email based communications to drive qualified sales leads and awareness in our target industries
- Oversee Web site development, design and maintenance, liaising with internal groups such as IT when conceptualizing/managing Web sites and related projects to ensure accurate development and implementation for Web marketing strategies and policies
- Lead the development and distribution of all internal and external e-communications including email invitations/notices, eNewsletters and online ad/landing page content, from planning to execution and measurement
- Provide leadership and operational management for the implementation and promotion of online events including Web Seminars
- Manage and monitor projects to ensure deliverable deadlines, brand standards and budgets are met
- Liaise with regional and national sales maintaining a high level of communication and awareness of sales and marketing strategies and directions throughout the company

Search Strategist
- Provide support in management of SEM campaigns
- Book budgets/contracts with search engines; adjust as necessary throughout campaign
- Upload campaigns to engines, using best practices
- Aid in search Atlas tagging if trafficker is unavailable
- Ensure campaigns go live on schedule
- Provide data for scheduled campaign performance reports
- Provide and implement scheduled query report learnings

- Provide comprehensive support of core research/strategic resources.
- Source, compile and document key industry and segment trends (large and small) impacting marketplace dynamics.
